What areas do you serve and do you travel to the mainland?

We cover the whole Island, our primary base is Sandown but we cover Shanklin, Bembridge, Ryde, Newport, Ventnor, Yarmouth & Freshwater, St Helens and all the surrounding areas. We cover any trip requests to and from the mainland , just call us to enquire.

How can I book a ride with You?

Either call us on 01983 868686 or 01983 282828 or email us at [email protected], alternatively, you can book online from our home page and get an instant quote or book for a ride there and then.

Can I Get a Receipt?

Yes, if you are paying with any card debit or credit we can issue a digital receipt there and then via email or mobile text. If you need a handwritten receipt our drivers can provide this.

Do You Offer Airport Transfers?

Yes, we offer reliable airport transfer services, ensuring timely arrivals and departures for all major UK airports.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, PayPal, and mobile payment options as well as cash. 

How do I know when my driver has arrived?

We will send you a text message on the number you provided when booking giving you the drivers name, vehicle type and registration. This will normally be sent to you 5 minutes prior to pick up.

Do you have any promotional codes or offers?

Our Website regulary has promotional codes that you can use while booking online, keep a watch out for promotions shown. Alternatively, if you wish to go on our text mailing lists, we will send you a promotional code to use every time one is published.
